Job Summary
与项目负责人和实验小组协同开展内外部实验,负责项目管理相关工作(更新数据、药物配制、起草实验方案与报告及其他相关工作);建立小鼠和大鼠肿瘤模型并开展药效实验;熟悉实验动物操作(肿瘤接种、体重测量、给药方式、动物观察、样品收集等);整理历史实验资料并向负责人汇报进展,完成部门领导安排的其他工作。具备硕士学位或同等丰富经验,熟悉动物实验、具备项目管理能力、具备良好中英文书写能力、具备团队协作精神,熟练使用Office和统计分析软件,持有动物实验上岗证者优先。
Required Qualifications
- 硕士学位,药理、医学、生物学相关专业,或有丰富经验的本科(具备3年以上相关方向工作经验)
- 熟悉动物实验,具有丰富动物实验、动物手术及解剖经验者优先
- 具备项目管理、实验统筹安排、协调能力
- 良好的中英文书写能力,能够查找并阅读文献
- 责任心强,工作态度严谨,有组织能力及团队合作精神
- 能熟练应用Office软件,熟悉其他数理统计软件进行数理统计分析
- 持有实验动物上岗证者优先考虑
