Job Summary
负责细胞培养相关SOP的执行,进行细胞的复苏、培养和冻存;负责实时记录实验进展、保持实验室与工作区域整洁,完成上级安排的其他工作。能够总结工作、汇报进展并在团队指导下解决实验中出现的问题;严格遵守实验室安全规程,负责区域内仪器设备的日常维护,以及按需采购用于日常细胞培养的试剂耗材。具备细胞培养相关SOP的掌握,能够处理肿瘤和正常细胞的复苏、培养与冻存,熟练使用各类移液工具,具备良好沟通与团队协作能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Required Qualifications
- 大专或本科学历,细胞生物学/分子生物学/生物技术及相关专业背景
- 熟悉细胞传代、冻存复苏、细胞计数等细胞培养技术
- 1年及以上细胞培养经验者优先
- 熟练使用移液器、助吸器等实验室工具
- 良好的沟通与团队协作能力
- 熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件
