Job Summary
Conduct assessments, participate in treatment plan reviews, and document progress notes for clients in assisted living and residential settings. Maintain timely documentation meeting payer and company standards, participate in supervision and staff meetings, collaborate with other treatment providers to ensure holistic care, and adhere to HIPAA privacy rules. Provide professional, nonjudgmental client care, assess emergencies and escalate concerns as needed, and support ongoing professional development within EverCare Mobile Health. Flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a social services field
- Ability to pass an enhanced IDHW background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
