Job Summary

Conduct specialized technical expertise on CBRN/WMD risk and counterterrorism to support an Operations Research team developing models, simulations, and risk assessment tools. Advise analysts on threat pathways, agent characteristics, detection capabilities, and consequence mechanisms to ensure analytic approaches are technically valid and operationally realistic. Review modeling, simulation, analysis, and visualization products; contribute to technical analyses, requirements, concepts of operation, and test documentation. Lead technical portions of integrated product teams, develop risk and gap assessment reports, and present key CBRN findings to leadership. Primary performance location is SPA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA, with regular visits to customer sites in VA and DC. Requires Master's degree, 10+ years of experience, and Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain DHS Suitability. Salary range: $145k – $175k.
