Job Summary
Administer medications in accordance with CBRF regulations, document medication administration accurately, monitor residents for changes in condition, provide reassurance and overnight support, maintain a safe and calm environment, and communicate effectively with nursing and leadership teams. Requires Active CBRF Certificate and at least 1 year of medication administration and caregiving experience. This pipeline position offers flexible opportunities with both full-time and part-time shifts as available, designed to build a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings.
