Job Summary
Part-Time Fill-in role as a CBRF Attendant at Ella Besaw Center (Stockbridge Munsee Community) providing on-site supervision and supportive care for residents. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, meals, personal hygiene, safety, documentation in the electronic health record, administering physician-ordered cares under RN supervision, coordinating with nurses for medications, arranging transportation to appointments, and maintaining a home-like environment. Requires pre-employment drug screening, 18+ age, and elder/youth license; weekend and night availability and ability to meet physical requirements. Prior experience or CNA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Must obtain and maintain an elder/youth license
- Excellent communication and compassionate caregiving abilities
- Ability to operate medical equipment as required
- Must maintain attendance and reliability
- HIPAA training within first week of hire
- Standard Precautions/Training completion
- Background check as per Elder Youth License requirements
- Training within 90 days of employment (56 hours)
