Job Summary
Conduct hard floor stripping and waxing, clean carpets using specialized equipment, and maintain medical-grade facility floors across multiple sites in Portland, Beaverton, and Hillsboro. Execute special projects as assigned while operating floor care machinery. Maintain a clean driving record with a valid license and a working vehicle to reach operational locations. Use the company phone app for daily communication. Schedule runs from approximately 5pm to 1:30am, Saturday through Wednesday, though hours may vary based on operational needs. Non-slip shoes are required during all operational hours.
Required Qualifications
- Employees must use company phone app
- You must be at or over 18 years old
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak or understand English
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
- Non-slip shoes required during operational hours
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record and a working vehicle to get to sites
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience is preferred
