Job Summary
CBEC Supply Chain Manager responsible for coordinating CBEC supply chain with other departments to achieve stable supply and target order fulfillment, tracking supply plans daily/weekly/monthly, reporting risks, and collaborating with factories to speed up supply. Will support cross-border import processes, coordinate third-party logistics and global teams to ensure on-time import orders and improve transportation timeliness, and streamline order workflows to meet KPIs. Manage inventory by understanding procurement lead times, planning cycles, supply stability, and forecast variability; regularly review stock and drive optimization and clearance for near-expiry inventory; ensure master data accuracy in APO/JDE and collaborate with IT on supply system issues; support new product coding and system parameter maintenance. Requires bachelor’s degree or higher, 5+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, SAP proficiency, strong data analysis capabilities, and proactive, collaborative work style.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 5年以上端到端供应链经验,熟悉供应链运转及操作
- 熟悉SAP系统
- 较强的数据处理和数据分析的能力
- 强烈的责任心以及主人翁意识,良好的沟通与协作能力
