Job Summary
Inventory Specialist at Wyld responsible for accurately documenting and tracking finished products in METRC or state systems, labeling inventory, and performing daily audits. Coordinates inventory before/after packaging, supports sales by acting as a point-of-contact for sales representatives, and maintains a clean, secure inventory vault. Requires working with ERP/inventory systems, coordinating transfers, fulfilling orders, staging materials, and communicating discrepancies. Must have at least 1 year in inventory/logistics, strong accuracy under deadlines, proficiency with Microsoft/Google tools, and ability to travel between sites occasionally. On-site role in Clackamas, Oregon; flexible schedule and adherence to state regulations and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency preferably in a fast-paced work environment
- Computer Skills: Microsoft suite (core applications), Google, Slack, experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software preferred
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Math Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required between buildings and sites
- Ability to maintain/manage confidential information
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- ServSafe or Food Handler’s Card preferred
- Will be required to submit to a background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification, if required
- Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications
