Job Summary
Conduct wet and dry side packing, sanitation, and palletizing on a fast-paced production line while rotating workstations every 30 minutes. Inspect products for quality and foreign material contamination, stock packaging dispensers with tubs, lids, labels, and boxes, and use a cart to transport materials. Wear designated PPE including a plastic apron, sleeves, hair net, earplugs, and latex gloves. Transport packing materials to designated stations and support the team with additional tasks when the line is not in operation. Report any issues to the operator, Lead, or Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with other packers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in temperatures of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or lower
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work 40 or more hours per week
- Capability to lift, push, pull, stoop, bend, crouch, turn, stand, and walk for over 8 hours each day
