Job Summary
Operate ground support equipment and wash aircraft and components, including external and internal surfaces, to remove grease, dirt, oil, fungus and stains. Prepare aircraft for washing by taping vent areas and securing protective covers; polish windshields/canopies; perform pre/post wash lubrication; document work in government/company information systems; maintain cleanliness of the work area; follow FOD prevention and Tool Control procedures; may perform Lead duties at management discretion; ensure safety, security, inventory, and preservation of equipment; work in varied environments with potential exposure to noise, fumes, and temperature changes; requires HS diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications; must possess or obtain DoD security clearance; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Aircraft Towing Certification
- GSE Licensing
- Airfield Operators License
- Valid State Driver License
- DoD security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
