Job Summary
Coach and model Wow customer service on the sales floor while training and overseeing daily work activities for team members across one or more departments. Maintain a working knowledge of store operations to provide direction, resolve customer issues, and escalate problems as needed. Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of upper management or at satellite locations, assigning work to ensure proper execution of multiple projects. Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments while enforcing loss prevention procedures and maintaining merchandised areas. Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, high school diploma, and ability to work flexible weekly schedules year-round.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting
- High school diploma/GED
