Job Summary
Laborer assists in the installation of sealants, caulking, waterproofing, coatings, and firestopping systems on buildings, ramps, and other construction structures. Supports field crews in preparing surfaces, applying materials, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and quality standards. Emphasizes safety, teamwork, and practicality in a hands-on role; requires ability to travel, operate hand and power tools, and lift up to 75 lbs. Willingness to travel and work in varying conditions; valid driver’s license and construction experience preferred.
