Job Summary
Lead and supervise a crew of 1–6 workers on sealants and waterproofing installations, reading blueprints and specifications, ensuring safety and quality, coordinating daily field activities and communications with supervisors and stakeholders, and traveling to job sites as needed. Install expansion joints, traffic coatings, sealant systems, perform waterproofing and firestopping, and mentor crew members to improve skills, safety, and productivity. Must be able to operate hand and power tools, maintain organized job sites, and meet company standards while traveling to multiple sites across the region.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of sealants and waterproofing installation experience
- Prior experience leading or supervising construction crews
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 30 certification
- CPR certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to travel to various job sites as required
