Job Summary
Care for infants to two-year-olds in a classical, Catholic classroom setting for up to 14 hours weekly at our St. Leo, Florida center. Prepare for and deliver instruction in a highly structured environment while living the Catholic faith day-to-day. Complete mandatory training on August 11, 12, or 13, 2026, and pass a background check and RCA Safe Child training. Sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and demonstrate strong communication skills and organization. Work hourly with childcare provided; no teaching certification or formal experience required.
Required Qualifications

- deep love for the Catholic faith
- living the Catholic faith day-to-day
- having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life
- clear background check
- RCA Safe Child training
- availability to attend mandatory training on August 11, 12, or 13, 2026
