Job Summary
Per Diem Substance Abuse Counselor responsible for providing substance use counseling to clients in the program levels 1 and 2.1, documenting progress notes in the electronic health record, implementing evidence-based modalities to support recovery, completing treatment plans and other agency documentation, admitting clients using NJSAMS, and collecting weekly urine drug screens under the supervision of an LCADC.
