Job Summary
Performs a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions. Provides accounting and clerical support to the finance department. Codes, posts, and receives payments. Prepares and coordinates bank deposit activities. Prepares general ledger postings and statements. Performs reconciliations in a timely manner. Researches, tracks, and resolves accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. Enters data for financial transactions daily. Researches cash receipts, bank deposits, custodial transactions, and other items when requested. Performs filing and general administrative tasks. 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in finance or related field
- 1-3 years experience in finance, business or accounting is preferred but not required
