Job Summary
Full Time Case Manager for LIHEAP/USF Outreach in Newark, NJ. Develops relationships with local social services and public benefit agencies, shelters and faith-based/community-based organizations serving low-income, at risk and homeless families; participates in conferences, workshops, and staff meetings; helps individuals and families to apply and obtain LIHEAP/USF benefits; provides outreach sessions and visits to buildings, agencies and other locations where clients can be helped; manages time and works independently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of related social service experience
- Valid NJ driver's license
- Bilingual preferred
