: Cathodic Protection (CP) Technician – Marine EPC Project

Job Summary
Install, inspect, and troubleshoot impressed current and sacrificial anode cathodic protection systems on subsea pipelines, offshore structures, and marine facilities in Qatar. Conduct close interval potential surveys, depolarization tests, and current requirement tests using specialized monitoring tools to collect and analyze corrosion data. Perform subsea anode surveys, retrofit installations, and cable repairs while collaborating with divers, ROV teams, and surveyors for comprehensive inspections. Monitor transformer-rectifiers, reference electrodes, and anode sleds to ensure compliance with NACE, DNV, and ISO standards. Prepare detailed survey reports, as-built documentation, and maintenance logs. Requires NACE CP Level 1/2/3 certification and 3+ years of marine/offshore experience.
Required Qualifications
- NACE CP Level 1/2/3 (or equivalent)
- 3+ years in marine/offshore CP systems (oil & gas, ports, pipelines)
- Familiarity with subsea CP surveys, anode replacement, and ROV-assisted inspections
- IMCA/ADCI diving certification (if performing underwater CP work)
- Offshore safety training (BOSIET, HUET, CA-EBS)
