Cath Lab Technologist

Job Summary
Conduct invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures including catheterizations, EP ablation therapies, and structural heart interventions. Facilitate interdisciplinary communication using SBAR processes and assist patients through transport, sterile procedures, and post-procedure monitoring. Manage emergent cases while maintaining accurate, compliant patient records and preparing tests for physician interpretation. Operate within a 12-hour shift schedule (7a–7:30p) with an average of 4–6 procedures per day across three rooms. Requires BLS, ACLS, and RCES or ARRT certification with four years of cath/IR experience preferred. No mapping experience needed as procedures are performed by a third-party company.
Required Qualifications
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified (ACLS) within six months of hire
- Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
- Must have experience ARRT/RCIS cert preferred
- Exp Scrubbing, Monitoring, and Circulating required
- 4yrs Cath/IR exp strongly preferred
- Shift times: 7a 7:30p (12 hr shifts)
- Relocation: Case By Case Basis
