Job Summary
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, PCI, and electrophysiology procedures while operating hemodynamic monitoring, imaging, and contrast injector equipment. Prepare sterile fields and instruments in advance of cases, monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic data, and report changes to the care team. Document procedures accurately in the electronic health record and participate in on-call rotations to support emergent cardiovascular cases. Requires current RCIS or RCES certification, one or more years of cath lab experience, and onsite availability in Happy Valley, OR.
Required Qualifications
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) certification
- 1+ years of cath lab or cardiovascular invasive procedure experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work onsite in Happy Valley, OR on a full-time, permanent basis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in both diagnostic cath and interventional (PCI, structural heart) procedures
- EP lab or ablation procedure experience
- Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring platforms (Philips, GE, Siemens)
- Experience with TAVR, Watchman, or other structural heart device procedures
