Job Summary
Assist physicians in all invasive cardiac and vascular procedures by monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating while operating imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment. Maintain ALARA radiation safety standards, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and manage accurate supply inventory. Adhere to infection control policies and stay current on new techniques and procedural protocols. Participate in a 10-call rotation per month, requiring residents to live within 30 minutes of the facility. Earn $30–$42/hr with up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and 401(k) matching. Join a Joint Commission-accredited stroke and chest pain center serving the Treasure Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program
- Current CVT, RCIS, or ARRT credential
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist or ARRT in a hospital-based Cath Lab
- Must live within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call response requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience assisting with advanced interventional procedures such as PCI, structural heart, or EP studies
- Strong understanding of hemodynamics and EKG interpretation
