Job Summary
Conduct vital diagnostic tests and procedures in the cath lab, operating advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels. Assist physicians and other personnel while maintaining strong cath lab skills. Maintain BLS and ACLS certification, with American Heart Association certification preferred. This travel assignment in Lafayette, Indiana, features an alternative 4x10 schedule with weekend on-call shifts and approximately 30% call requirements. Full-time pay and benefits are provided, including medical coverage, 401k matching, and 100% paid housing.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
- 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
- BLS & ACLS Certification
- State specific licensing when required
- Strong Cath Lab skills
- EKG test needed upon submission
- Weekend requirements include on-call shifts
- Call requirements: about 30%
