Job Summary
Scrub, monitor, and circulate in all invasive procedures within the cardiac cath lab, assisting physicians with clinical and technical aspects of cardiovascular care. Respond to emergencies within 30 minutes of alert, including STEMI cases, while utilizing Philips x-ray equipment, Acist injectors, and the Xper Monitoring System. Operate as part of a four-person team during working hours and rotate through after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call shifts. The department provides specific training on Structural Heart scrubbing.
Required Qualifications
- On call Assignment after hours, on the weekends, and Holidays as per rotation
- To be able to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes of alert
- Able to function on all cardiac alerts and STEMI cases
