Cath Lab Scrub Technician

Support the overall operation and efficiency of the Cath Lab Department by performing pre-procedure patient preparation, assisting the physician directly during cath procedures under fluoroscopy, and managing post-cath patient care. Transport patients to and from the lab and perform post-catheterization hemostasis as needed. Maintain awareness of the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the diverse patient population. This role requires direct patient care experience and completion of the St. Francis Hospital Patient Care Associate or Cardiac Catheterization Lab Training and scrub program.
