Job Summary
As a Cath Lab RN, you will lead patient care using the nursing process while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act. You will delegate and assist team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes and cultural sensitivity. Responsibilities include assessing patient learning needs, implementing teaching strategies, managing nursing resources, and promoting optimal outcomes through effective communication. You are required to have a valid RN license and BLS certification, with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and certification in a clinical specialty area.
Required Qualifications
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
