Job Summary
We are seeking a Cath Lab RN who will act as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include delegating and guiding the nursing team, ensuring quality outcomes, and communicating effectively within an interdisciplinary team. The role requires a commitment to patient education, sensitivity to diverse needs, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols. Qualifications include a current RN license and BLS certification, with a preference for a bachelor's degree and specialty certification. A sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
