Job Summary

Deliver expert nursing care during invasive cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures, including catheterizations, EP ablations, and structural heart interventions. Circulate and monitor patients throughout procedures, managing transport, site preparation, sedation administration, and hemostasis. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using SBAR protocols and maintain accurate, compliant patient documentation. Respond to emergent cases with clinical expertise and orient new team members as needed. Requires Alaska RN license, 2-3 years cath lab experience, BLS/ACLS certification, and ability to respond to on-call within 30 minutes. Required Qualifications

  • Current Alaska RN license in good standing
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • 2-3 years of Cath Lab experience OR 5+ years of high-acuity nursing experience (ICU, Critical Care, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in circulating, patient monitoring, and sedation medication administration
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification - American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Ability to respond to on-call within 30 minutes (8-10 call days per 4-week rotation)

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Specialty certifications relevant to cardiovascular or interventional nursing
