Job Summary
Handle paperwork, including consent forms and patient records, while preparing for operations through sterilization and patient shaving. Monitor patient vitals and sedation during and after procedures to prevent unexpected reactions, then share discharge instructions with patients or families. Revise patient charts to document operation details, start IVs, and administer cardiac and sedative medications. Operate advanced equipment, troubleshoot as needed, and assist cardiologists with interventions while communicating clearly during time-sensitive, intense situations.
