Job Summary
Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures including angiography, stent placement, and pacemaker insertions while operating and maintaining fluoroscopy and interventional imaging equipment. Ensure accurate positioning and image quality, prioritizing patient safety and comfort during complex procedures with cardiologists and nurses. Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines while providing compassionate communication to patients. This three-year contract position requires an ARRT-certified technologist with at least 24 months of recent Cath Lab experience, native English fluency, and willingness to relocate to Alaska. Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology (Australia, Canada, or USA for equivalency)
- ARRT certification (or eligibility in progress)
- Minimum 24 months of recent Cath Lab or interventional experience
- English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
- Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years
