Job Summary
Assist Cardiologists and Radiologists in diagnostic and interventional procedures within the Interventional Radiology and Cath lab, including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring invasive neurovascular cases. Manage patient care for angiograms with or without stent placement, as well as complex neurointerventional procedures like aneurysm coiling and thrombectomy. Perform additional interventions such as nephrostomies, vertebral augmentation, and port placement. Work a 10-hour day shift with call rotations covering overnight and weekend hours. Maintain current CPR, ACLS, and 24 bi-annual CME credits. Overlake offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for new hires with experience, medical insurance premiums as low as $0, and tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- AA/BA/BS degree through an accredited Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology program
- ARRT Registry (or registry eligible) and State Certification as Radiologic Technologist (RT)
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) (or registry eligible) and State Certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (IS)
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification
- Current ACLS
- 24 CME credits bi-annually
- Mandatory AIDS education
- 10 Hour Shift / Days
- call shifts for urgent cases
- covering off hours (overnight & weekend)
Desired Qualifications

- Two years of related clinical experience
- Previous cardiac cath lab/interventional radiology/electrophysiology experience
