Job Summary
Cath Lab -Angio/Cardiovascular Technologist 1.0 FTE / Days. The role supports Interventional Cardio/Angio procedures in the Cath lab and Interventional Radiology, scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring during invasive neurovascular and interventional procedures, with 10-hour day shifts and on-call coverage. Requires AA/BA/BS in Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology, ARRT or RCIS certifications, state licensure, CPR and ACLS, and at least two years of related clinical experience. Sign-on bonus $15,000 for new hires with experience. Located in Bellevue, WA at Overlake Medical Center. Required Qualifications
- AA/BA/BS degree through an accredited Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology program required
- ARRT Registry (or registry eligible) and State Certification as Radiologic Technologist (RT) required
- OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) (or registry eligible) and State Certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (IS) is required
- If registry eligible, must obtain applicable registration within ninety days of hire
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification is required upon hire
- Current ACLS is also required
- Two years of related clinical experience preferred
- Previous cardiac cath lab/interventional radiology/electrophysiology experience preferred
- 24 CME credits required bi-annually
- Mandatory AIDS education
