Job Summary
Prepare, cook, and present food to standards required by Caterlink and the client while ensuring all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed. Support the line manager with day-to-day operations including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans. Maintain accurate mandatory paperwork and uphold the company's reputation for excellent service. This term-time only role (38 weeks per year, Monday–Friday) requires an enhanced DBS disclosure. Caterlink serves over 1,000,000 meals weekly across UK schools, offering blended learning, employee discounts, and wellbeing benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
- Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures knowledge
- Ability to prepare, cook and present food to standards required by Caterlink and the client
