Caterlink - Chef Manager

Prepare, cook, and present food to standards required by Caterlink and the client while ensuring the location meets statutory health, safety, and environmental legislation. Supervise teams by managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to run the location day-to-day. Serve as the main point of contact for the school client to recommend and implement adjustments, while communicating with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets. Support staff through training, performance management, and leading from the front. Work term-time only (Monday–Friday, 25 hours/week, 38 weeks/year) at Bodsham, Ashford. An enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
