Caterlink - Chef Manager

Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Caterlink and client standards while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislations. Manage the day-to-day running of the location at Rochester Riverside School, supervising teams, controlling inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans. Serve as the primary contact for the school client to recommend and implement adjustments, communicating regularly with the line manager to track KPIs and financial targets. Support and train staff, leading from the front to ensure all training is completed and performance is managed. This term-time only role (30 hours/week, Monday–Friday) includes an enhanced DBS requirement and offers blended learning opportunities, employee discounts, and wellbeing services.
