Caterlink - Chef Manager

Prepare, cook, and present food to Caterlink and client standards while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislations. Manage the day-to-day running of the location by supervising teams, controlling inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans. Serve as the primary contact for the school client to recommend and implement regular adjustments, while communicating with your line manager to track KPIs and financial targets. Support and train staff, leading from the front to ensure all training is completed and performance is managed. This term-time only role at St Bernard's, Barrow-in-Furness involves 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday over 38 weeks, with an enhanced DBS disclosure required.
