Caterlink - Chef Manager

Prepare, cook, and present food to standards required by Caterlink and the client while ensuring the location meets statutory Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislations. Manage the day-to-day running of the site, supervising teams, monitoring inventories, budgets, and implementing action plans. Serve as the main point of contact for the school client to recommend and implement adjustments, communicating regularly with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets. Support and train staff, leading from the front to ensure all training is completed and performance is managed. This term-time only role (38 weeks, 27.5 hours/week) includes an enhanced DBS requirement. Caterlink delivers fresh food solutions to over 1,000,000 meals weekly across UK schools.
