Catering Manager at HRC College Group in Hertfordshire (Broxbourne and Ware campuses) responsible for the day-to-day running of school catering operations, ensuring nutritionally balanced meals, health and safety compliance, and client service excellence; manage inventories and budgets, supervise teams, train staff, and liaise with the client to meet KPIs and financial targets; role is term-time only (39 weeks/year) with 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) and DBS clearance.
