Job Summary
Plan, prepare, and cook meals to the required standard while briefing kitchen teams on menus and service. Ensure all food safety and health procedures are applied continuously and carry out company bookwork. Maintain high food quality, presentation, and service levels for students at Lincroft Academy, Oakley, Bedford. Work 30 hours per week Monday through Friday during term time only, with an enhanced DBS disclosure required. Assist in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
