Job Summary
Catering Dispatcher role coordinating sanitation and operational activities for Sky Café operations. Responsible for monitoring daily operations, maintaining real-time communication with teams and airline partners, tracking and reporting operational issues, ensuring sanitation, staffing, and safety compliance, and supporting workforce planning in a fast-paced environment. Requires on-site work at PHX Airport, eligibility for U.S. work, and ability to obtain necessary airport/security clearances. Key duties include coordinating sanitation teams and equipment, maintaining logs and checklists, conducting pre-shift briefings, and ensuring timely execution of tasks while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work onsite in an operational environment
- Communicate effectively in English
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- 1–3 years of administrative, dispatch, or coordination experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain required airport and security clearances
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
