Job Summary
Catering Team Member responsibilities include planning food menus with customers, preparing food for events, completing setup and packing for catering orders, transporting food to and from event locations, maintaining catering inventory, and upholding Chick-fil-A Hospitality standards. The role requires preparing food in a clean kitchen, coordinating with customers on changes before events, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and delivering hospitality at local venues. Must understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A hospitality standards, have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be able to work weekends with day or night shifts.
