Job Summary
Lead and support Catering Assistants, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands during daily service while preparing and serving high-quality meals across multiple daily meal services. Ensure dietary requirements are accurately managed and safely delivered, maintaining strict food safety, HACCP compliance, and kitchen hygiene standards. Assist with stock control, kitchen organisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires previous team leadership experience and a current Working with Children Check. This senior kitchen role contributes to both the catering operation and team culture within a high-volume environment.
