Job Summary
Lead and manage catering operations and a team to ensure consistent execution of catering services, drive aggressive sales and profit goals, supervise scheduling and training of Team Members, maintain safety and labor-cost control, and foster an inclusive, professional work environment. Responsibilities include directing department activities, training and coaching staff, overseeing inventory and financial performance, and communicating with guests to deliver high-quality food and service. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; role involves regional travel (daily, 25-50%). The position emphasizes leadership, discipline, process adherence, and development of future leaders within a family-like company culture.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- 18 months to 3 years of additional training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a multi-unit restaurant or single unit catering, convention center, or hotel banquet business (1 to 3 years)
