Job Summary
Serve as the day-to-day corporate support contact for Denny's catering program by managing inbound phone calls, emails, and the shared catering inbox. Support franchisees and restaurant teams with onboarding, operational questions, and issue resolution while partnering with ezCater and internal teams to ensure catering orders execute successfully. Investigate guest concerns, coordinate timely resolutions, monitor feedback to identify recurring trends, and prepare reports on program performance and operational activity. Maintain accurate program documentation and system information while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Training, and Franchise Business Consultants to support successful program execution. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall catering experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, customer support, project coordination, hospitality, restaurant operations, franchise support, account management, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience preparing reports and interpreting operational or business data
