Job Summary
Catering Supervisor to oversee day-to-day catering operations at Malvern College, supervising the preparation, service, and presentation of high-quality meals for boarding and day pupils while supporting school events and hospitality functions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, assist with food labeling and allergen controls, and ensure accurate temperature checks. Deliver excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors; uphold food safety, safeguarding procedures and allergen controls; collaborate with Holroyd Howe to tailor catering services to a school environment and support out-of-hours functions. Requires Health & Safety knowledge, a flexible, customer-focused, detail-oriented approach, strong organisational skills, and teamwork.
