Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service to guests in premium hospitality areas and serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with the setup, service, and teardown of catering events and game day hospitality spaces, including stocking, replenishing supplies, and maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary work areas. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times while supporting supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth event execution. Perform post-event cleanup and closing duties. Must be 18 years or older, able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays for home games and special events at Princess Auto Stadium.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (5+ hours during events)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work home games and special events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Smart Choices Certification is considered an asset
- Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience is considered an asset
- Reliable transportation to and from Princess Auto Stadium is considered an asset
