Job Summary
Lead the store’s Catering Team and work closely with catering clients. Manage the daily execution of all catering orders and complete daily sales-building tasks to promote growth of the catering program; connect with guests and clients with hospitality-focused service, and contribute to a positive, energetic guest experience. Strong emphasis on customer interaction, communication, and selling a positive mood – SELL HAPPY. Includes full-time scheduling, tips participation, and growth opportunities within Mendocino Farms.
