Job Summary
Catering Specialist leading the store’s Catering Team; manage daily execution of catering orders and drive growth of the catering program while engaging guests and promoting the “HAPPY” experience. Responsibilities include leading catering operations, coordinating with catering clients, and performing daily sales-building activities. Ideal candidates have hospitable attitudes, a passion for delivering great service, and the ability to SELL HAPPY through interactions with guests. The role offers full-time hours, tips participation, health and retirement benefits, and growth opportunities within Mendocino Farms.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in catering or foodservice is a plus
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage catering orders
- Willingness to sell and promote catering services
- Flexibility to work full-time schedule (Monday-Friday)
