CATERING SPECIALIST at Mendocino Farms responsible for leading the catering team, managing the daily execution of all catering orders, and working closely with catering clients to promote and grow the catering program. Key duties include leading daily operations, executing orders, and driving sales growth while delivering hospitality and an exceptional guest experience.
