Job Summary
Lead the store’s Catering Team and work closely with catering clients. Manage the daily execution of all catering orders and complete daily sales-building tasks to promote growth of the catering program. Responsibilities include leading catering team, ensuring high-quality guest interactions, driving sales through selling happiness, and coordinating with guests to fulfill catering needs. Must have hospitable attitude, strong customer service, and ability to SELL HAPPY; full-time schedule Monday–Friday with attention to flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.
